The Department operates the site from its offices in Ville de Québec.

Payment Method

Two methods of payment are presently available to make purchases online on the Department Internet site. You may either use your MRNFP client account or the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

However, please note that online payments of rent for public land may only be made by credit card.

All prices quoted in the sites are in Canadian dollars.

You may still obtain our products by visiting one of our outlets between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday.

Order Confirmation

A message acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours of an on-line purchase. The message will contain an order confirmation number and the amount of the purchase.

Shipment

Preparatory expenses, including delivery charges, vary from one transactional site to another.

You may also have to pay customs duties, depending on the country to which the order is shipped. Since customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
